Slickness is pure opinion... fast for a casual player is still to sticky for a tournament player... however here is a scale to help determine if you're in an acceptable range.

How to perform a slide test on your boards.

The scale goes from 16-46" for brand new 100% duck cloth corn bags or from 18-48" for gently used (broken in) 100% duck clothe corn bags.
